The default set of colors used by the Delphi source code editor for syntax highlighting maybe too plain for you. Not only adding more colors might add spice to your editor but may also increase the readability of your source code.
Select "Tools | Options..." menu item
Change to the "Colors" tab
Adjust the colors and font styles as you wish
