Check up your Delphi CD. There's a freeware PKZIP compressor and
decompressor inside it. If I remember correctly, it's inside one of the
/BONUS/ or /EXTRA/ directories.
OR
Take a look at the ZIPTV component (in DSP) i think that's what you are
looking for
