beside the methods to use the Resource Workshop, the
Image editor or the Resxplorer demo of Delphi etc to dig
through the files, there's a tool which does everything
automatically for you beside providing useful conversion
stuff and advanced retrieval logic:
the Resource-Grabber extracts all those high-quality
standard glyphs, icons etc for you, typically giving you
thousands (!) of great symbols:
