Click the Office button

In the left pane, click Popular. Select the options:
Show Mini Toolbar on Selection.
Enable Live Preview.
Show Developer tab in the Ribbon.
Open e-mail attachments in Full Screen Reading view.
Color Scheme.
ScreenTip style.
Type your name and initials for Properties, and review comments.
